When I see a new cover, ad or editorial, I try to remember if I've seen something similar before, so I can compare them. Don't ask me why, because I don't know the answer. It's just a habit. And, when I saw this new LV campaign, I knew really well that it was time to remember Gemma (again) and compare her LV campaign with this new one. Gemma's campaign is one of my favourites because of how natural she looks. She's naked, so we just focus our attention on the bag (and of course, on her too). The photoshop is not that bad either and, believe me, that helps.   And then we have the extremely photoshopped and unnatural "Alma" ad. The background looks as fake as it is, and that distract us. And the cast can't be more random. I get why they use Daria and Karlie, since they are on a great moment in their careers. And I love to see Jac back on a major campaign, but I do find her presence here quite random. And Iris has been MIA for a few seasons and t

Vogue covers (April 2013)

I'm always a bit worried about april covers, as well as october covers, since they come after the two big issues, and I always feel like they used all their budget on those issues, and they are not going to have enough money to deliver two good issues in a row. But there was an exception to this rule, and that was Vogue Spain. When I knew Candice was on the cover, I was expecting a really bad cover, but I was wrong. She looks good because that's not the Candice we know. She's relaxed, she has a beautiful top on (I'm in love with this kind o tops), and the cover is just nice. Then, if you look at her editorial, you can see we have the same Candice again. Sexy, boring, sexy. But the good thing is that Vogue Spain picked the best picture and they made it the cover, which is something that they're not really good at. And, I don't want to talk about Vogue Paris, because I would only say really bad things and I'm not on the mood. Vogue Australia April 2013

Celebritie style: Maria Sharapova.

I think it was 3 months ago when I said I would like to do an entry about Sharapova's style, but then I didn't have time. I thought campaigns and fashion weeks were more important, but now that I don't have a lot to talk about, I think it is the perfect moment to do it. I've always been a crazy Sharapova fan, because she's an amazing tennis player, but also because she has that celebritie thing, which I find very funny. One day she's at the Australian Open, and two weeks later she's at the Oscars. I'm not someone who follows celebrities that are just celebrities, because I find them boring. I'm more into following models, or sports people like Maria. I've always love her style both in and off-court, because she manages to look chic even when she's playing. She said a lot of times that she works with Nike on the design of her tournament outfits, and they need to know what she's gonna wear at, for example, Indian Wells, a year before she
