Put on a Chic face

I knew very little about Jessica Miller. I knew she was a model, drop dead gorgeous and married to one Metallica guy. That last bit didn't really mean much, since (despite being a metal head) I never really liked Metallica. But what I did know was that I obviously missed her best years in the industry. A couple of weeks ago I saw this cover for the first time ever and I couldn't stop staring at it. And that's when I thought that many of you may not have seen it either, which is a shame. It really is old school. Back when photographers were not afraid of experimenting and when editorials told a story. You may just see a girl jumping around a field, but she's Alice. She's a bunny, she's wild and beautiful, and misterious. Seeing all these images together is so inspiring. It makes me wonder how many gorgeous covers I have missed... Today is the day when I'm finally writing the post about Bella and Nike. I've been doing some research for the last couple of weeks, because I really wanted to get all the facts right. Bella is a Nike spokesperson/model and is now doing a lot of promotion for them. I tried to get a press release about all of this, to make sure I could give you the best information possible. But there isn't one at the moment. However, I did got some info from Nike, which I'll be adding to this post and I think you'll be interested in some of those things. Today we are talking about a perfume. Or maybe I should say we're talking about the campaign. I tried to get info about the perfume in general (scent, reason why they created a new version, ...) but I got no answers back, which is disappointing. So I can just talk about what I see, and that is my lovely Maartje scoring a perfume campaign. Maartje and Valentino are a match made in heaven. She's done multiple campaigns for them and this one really seals the deal. Perfume campaigns are a model's dream, and giving her such exposure shows how much the brand likes her.  I can't wait to smell this new perfume! Welcome to another episode of "Ana has to apologize for not posting two days ago". This time I have a good excuse, though. Montana is a very underrated model that people find overrated. Funny, I know. But I do believe a beauty like her should be everywhere. I'm not a jeans person, and that makes my life really hard. Though I do appreciate it when other people wear amazing jeans that look incredible on them.  It's because of this jeans phobia that I don't really pay attention to brands that only do jeans, but this one caught my attention by getting Taylor to do a collaboration with them. According to her, this is a very 90's collection and I like the sound of that. A bit of catching up before I talk about the lookbook? Yeah? Let's do it. What a couple of weeks! I'm honestly so tired, it stopped being funny days ago. I've been going to matches (as usual), to weddings, to tv shows, ...crazy times. I was at the taping of the Late Late Show the other day and it was exhausting. Awesome, but exhausting. I can't complain because I was extremely lucky and got to sit on the third row, which means I was super close to where the guests and James were sitting. And also, I got a little unexpected souvenir when Caleb, Kings of Leon's singer, threw his pick to the audience and I got it.  Then I did a lot of running around various tube stations, which was a great workout. Now my entire body hurts but, oh well... And tomorrow, I'm super lucky as well because I'm going to Birmingham for the England-Australia match. CANNOT WAIT! So all of that means that I didn't have time to prepare the blog post that was supposed to
