Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2017: Review #1

Milano Milano! Oh gorgeous Milano! One of my favourite cities when it comes to fashion.
I haven't been paying attention to the shows because, you know, reasons. But I did check to see whether there was something worth mentioning. Prada was amazing and so was Etro. The rest were...ok. I'll let you judge the rest of the collections.

No he prestado mucha atención a sus desfiles por, ya sabéis, motivos. Pero si que he mirado a ver si había algo que merecía la pena comentar. Prada fue una pasada y Etro también. El resto no estuvieron mal. Os dejaré que juzguéis vosotros esas otras colecciones.

Blast from the past: Vogue USA December 1992, "Grunge & glory"

I was 3 in 1992, and I couldn't care less about fashion.As a 90's kid, I know who all the supermodels are because I saw them on the tv very often. But then again, it wasn't until 2007 that I started to love fashion, so I don't really know much about fashion during the 90's. That makes me quite sad, since it was such a great moment fashion wise. However, it's hard to find scans or videos of that time. This editorial has been scanned by kelles , at TFS forum. A couple of weeks ago, I was watching tv and I found a fashion documentarie on Sky arts. The documentarie is called "In Vogue: the editor's eye". You can watch it on youtube (I'll link the video in this post) if you want to. I really recommend it because, even if it was filmed in 2012, it's something that you need to watch if you really like fashion. Lots of iconic pictures are shown in this documentarie. MET Gala 2018: Best dressed

Yesterday, it was the first Monday of May. And that can only mean one thing...the MET Gala. It was also a Bank Holiday here but it's not as important, for whatever reason. And I thought I could tell you about my favourite outfits for the night, and while I was looking at the looks, I thought I would do a little countdown.  Ayer fue el primer lunes de Mayor, y eso solo puede significar una cosa...la gala del MET. También era festivo aquí, pero no es algo tan importante. Y pensé que os podía decir cuales fueron mis outfits favoritos de la noche, pero en una cuenta atrás.   -Madonna, Jean Paul Gaultier: It says a lot about the rests of the guests, and not in a good way, that Madonna was the only one wearing JPG. Because, you know, he only has hundreds of designs that fit the theme. It's no surprise that Madonna did well yesterday, because this is her look.
