Campaign season queens (S/S 17): Kiki Willems

Welcome to part two of queens of the SS 17 campaign season. Today, we're talking about my current fave, Kiki Willems.

Kiki's career was a bit different than Vittoria Ceretti's, who I talked about a couple of days ago. Early in her career she got a massive exclusive for SLP, and she also got to open the show and to do the campaign. After that, she could already count with lots of powerful people on her team: Ashley Brokaw, Steven Meisel, Willy V., ... This means she has gotten many opportunities to prove her talent...and believe me, she really is talented. 
I mainly love her print work, but she also has tons of personality on the runway.

For this season, she scored 10 campaigns, which makes her the model with more campaigns. Total queen ;)

Bienvenidos a la parte dos de las reinas de la temporada PV 17, en lo que a campañas se refiere. Hoy os hablaré de mi favorita del momento, Kiki Willems.

La carrera de Kiki es diferente a la de Vittoria Ceretti, de la cual hablé hace unos días. Al principio de su carrera consiguió una mega exclusiva para SLP, y aparte de eso consiguió abrir su desfile y hacer la campaña. Después de eso, ya podía contar con mucha gente poderosa en su equipo: Ashley Brokaw, Steven Meisel, Willy V., ... Esto significa que ha tenido muchas oportunidades para mostrar su talento...y creedme, tiene de sobra.
Sobre todo me gusta por su trabajo en fotografía, pero también tiene mucha personalidad en la pasarela.

Esta temporada se ha llevado 10 campañas, lo cual la convierte en la modelo con más campañas. Una reina total ;)

I was 3 in 1992, and I couldn't care less about fashion.As a 90's kid, I know who all the supermodels are because I saw them on the tv very often. But then again, it wasn't until 2007 that I started to love fashion, so I don't really know much about fashion during the 90's. That makes me quite sad, since it was such a great moment fashion wise. However, it's hard to find scans or videos of that time. This editorial has been scanned by kelles , at TFS forum. A couple of weeks ago, I was watching tv and I found a fashion documentarie on Sky arts. The documentarie is called "In Vogue: the editor's eye". You can watch it on youtube (I'll link the video in this post) if you want to. I really recommend it because, even if it was filmed in 2012, it's something that you need to watch if you really like fashion. Lots of iconic pictures are shown in this documentarie. MET Gala 2018: Best dressed

Yesterday, it was the first Monday of May. And that can only mean one thing...the MET Gala. It was also a Bank Holiday here but it's not as important, for whatever reason. And I thought I could tell you about my favourite outfits for the night, and while I was looking at the looks, I thought I would do a little countdown.  Ayer fue el primer lunes de Mayor, y eso solo puede significar una cosa...la gala del MET.
