Cannes Festival 2016: Kendall Jenner & Lily Donaldson

Two red carpet favourites of mine. But, did they manage to impress me this time? Keep reading ;)

Kendall, as other models like Rosie and Miranda have done is the past, is promoting Magnum in Cannes. And it must be something related to Magnum, because those 3 models I mentioned have really good style, yet they looked awful during this press tour.
The Emilia Wickstead jumpsuit isn't ugly, but it's really unflaterring. Kendall has a great body, and this outfit doesn't show that.
The Versace dress shows quite a lot, actually. It's great as an evening dress, but it's not my cup of tea. There are many other Versace dresses she could have worn, that were better for her and the event.

Lily, on the other side, killed it. She's one of these models who wear clothes beautifully. I know that's her job but, she's better than many at that. She may not be the best in editorials or on the runways, but she makes any outfit look good. This Miu Miu dress is a classic black dress, but it's also quite difficult to wear because of the top part. She had no problems to make it shine, and the hair, make-up and accessories were on point as well.

"Café Society" premiere: wearing Miu Miu






Dos favoritas mías en lo que se refiere a la alfombra roja. Pero, ¿consiguieron impresionarme esta vez? Seguid leyendo ;)

Kendall, al igual que hicieron otras modelos como Rosie y Miranda, está promocionando Magnum durante el festival de Cannes. Y debe ser un problema de la gente de Magnum, porque las 3 modelos que he mencionado tienen mucho estilo, pero estuvieron horribles en estos eventos. 
El mono de Emilia Wickstead no es feo, pero es lo menos favorecedor del mundo. Kendall tiene un gran cuerpo, pero con esta pieza no lo parece.
El vestido de Versace deja poco a la imaginación. Está muy bien como vestido de fiesta, pero no es mi favorito. Hay más vestidos de Versace que podría haber llevado, y que eran más apropiados para ella y este evento.

Lily, por otra parte, lo ha clavado. Es una de las modelos que mejor viste la ropa. Se que ese es su trabajo pero, es mejor que la mayoría. Puede que no sea la mejor en fotografía o en la pasarela, pero hace que toda la ropa que se pone luzca. Este vestido de Miu Miu es un vestido negro clásico, pero que es difícil de llevar debido al escote. Ella no tuvo problema para hacerlo lucir. Y el pelo, maquillaje y los accesorios fueron elegidos a la perfección también.

I was 3 in 1992, and I couldn't care less about fashion.As a 90's kid, I know who all the supermodels are because I saw them on the tv very often. But then again, it wasn't until 2007 that I started to love fashion, so I don't really know much about fashion during the 90's. That makes me quite sad, since it was such a great moment fashion wise. A couple of weeks ago, I was watching tv and I found a fashion documentarie on Sky arts. The documentarie is called "In Vogue: the editor's eye". You can watch it on youtube (I'll link the video in this post) if you want to. I really recommend it because, even if it was filmed in 2012, it's something that you need to watch if you really like fashion. Lots of iconic pictures are shown in this documentarie. MET Gala 2018: Best dressed

Yesterday, it was the first Monday of May. And that can only mean one thing...the MET Gala. It was also a Bank Holiday here but it's not as important, for whatever reason. And I thought I could tell you about my favourite outfits for the night, and while I was looking at the looks, I thought I would do a little countdown.  Ayer fue el primer lunes de Mayor, y eso solo puede significar una cosa...la gala del MET.
