Karl Lagerfeld Spring/Summer 2015: Kendall Jenner, Sasha Luss, Ming Xi & Baptiste Giabiconi by Karl Lagerfeld


Well, this is a disaster. I'm not a very talented photographer, but I can do something better than this. It looks so amateur. And that's the worst thing about it.
Most people attack Kendall, saying she looks out of place and awful. But, my question is: is there a model who could have saved this campaign? Because I don't think so.
It's not Kendall's fault. Sasha and Ming don't look good either.







Bueno, pues solo puedo decir que esto es un desastre. No soy una fotógrafa muy buena, pero yo haría algo mejor que esto. Es muy amateur, y eso es lo peor.
La mayoría de la gente ataca a Kendall, diciendo que parece estar fuera de lugar y que sale fea. Pero, mi pregunta es: ¿hay alguna modelo que pudiera haber salvado esta campaña? Porque yo creo que no.
No es culpa de Kendall. Sasha y Ming tampoco salen bien.





Fendi Spring/Summer 2015: Lindsey Wixson & Binx by Karl Lagerfeld


I love the collection, but I hate the ad's cast. Karl needs to use all his muses, and half of them bore me to death.
Binx is one of those models I don't care about, but her bookings are impressive. She's one of the queens of the season, since she got 7 campaigns: HUGO, Tom Ford, DKNY, Alexander Wang, Superga, Coach, ...and of course, Fendi.

Creating a nice ad was easy, since they only needed to let the clothes speak for themselves. But they had to ruin it by styling Lindsay's hair like that.
It's not a bad campaign but, it could have been so much better.












Me encanta la colección, pero odio el casting de la campaña. Karl tiene que usar a todas sus musas, y la mayoría me aburren por completo.
Binx es una de esas modelos a las que no presto atención, pero sus bookings son una pasada. Es una de las reinas de la temporada, al llevarse 7 campañas: HUGO, Tom Ford, DKNY, Alexander Wang, Superga, Coach,... y por supuesto, Fendi.

Crear una campaña bonita era sencillo, ya que solo necesitaban dejar que la ropa hablase por si sola. Pero tenían que arruinar todo peinando a Lindsay como la han peinado.
No es una mala campaña, pero podría haber sido mucho mejor.





Chanel Spring/Summer 2015: Gisele Bündchen by Karl Lagerfeld


Wow, it's Gisele!! How...boring.
You know I don't like her. But my biggest problem with this ad has nothing to do with Gisele.
Black and white? Really? This collection is super colorful, but we can't see the colours in these pictures. That was a big mistake.












¡Wow, es Gisele! Que...aburrido.
Ya sabéis que no me gusta. Pero mi mayor problema con esta campaña es algo en lo que Gisele no tuvo ni voz ni voto.
¿Blanco y negro? ¿En serio? Esta colección es super colorida, pero no podemos ver los colores en las fotos. Me resulta un error muy grave.

I was 3 in 1992, and I couldn't care less about fashion.As a 90's kid, I know who all the supermodels are because I saw them on the tv very often. But then again, it wasn't until 2007 that I started to love fashion, so I don't really know much about fashion during the 90's. That makes me quite sad, since it was such a great moment fashion wise. A couple of weeks ago, I was watching tv and I found a fashion documentarie on Sky arts. The documentarie is called "In Vogue: the editor's eye". You can watch it on youtube (I'll link the video in this post) if you want to. I really recommend it because, even if it was filmed in 2012, it's something that you need to watch if you really like fashion. Lots of iconic pictures are shown in this documentarie. MET Gala 2018: Best dressed

Yesterday, it was the first Monday of May. And that can only mean one thing...the MET Gala. It was also a Bank Holiday here but it's not as important, for whatever reason.
