New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 15.16: Review #5

I've been out all day. And two of the shows I wanted to review will take place in a couple of hours, so I'll be very brief today.

He estado fuera todo el día. Y dos desfiles que quería comentar tendrán lugar en un par de horas, así que seré breve hoy.

  -Michael Kors:

 Do I need to explain what I think about this show? It's the same thing I thought the last couple of seasons.
Booooooring.

















¿Tengo que explicar lo que pienso de esta colección? Lo mismo que he pensado de las de las últimas temporadas.
Aburriiiiido.


  -Boss:

 Very clean, as expected. I like the silhouettes. But I don't feel like the clothes have much personality, and that's bad.
















Muy limpia la colección, como era de esperar. Me gustan las siluetas. Pero no siento que la ropa tenga mucha personalidad, y eso es malo.

Blast from the past: Vogue USA December 1992, "Grunge & glory"

I was 3 in 1992, and I couldn't care less about fashion.As a 90's kid, I know who all the supermodels are because I saw them on the tv very often. But then again, it wasn't until 2007 that I started to love fashion, so I don't really know much about fashion during the 90's. That makes me quite sad, since it was such a great moment fashion wise. However, it's hard to find scans or videos of that time. This editorial has been scanned by kelles , at TFS forum. A couple of weeks ago, I was watching tv and I found a fashion documentarie on Sky arts. The documentarie is called "In Vogue: the editor's eye". You can watch it on youtube (I'll link the video in this post) if you want to. I really recommend it because, even if it was filmed in 2012, it's something that you need to watch if you really like fashion. Lots of iconic pictures are shown in this documentarie. MET Gala 2018: Best dressed

Yesterday, it was the first Monday of May. And that can only mean one thing...the MET Gala. It was also a Bank Holiday here but it's not as important, for whatever reason. And I thought I could tell you about my favourite outfits for the night, and while I was looking at the looks, I thought I would do a little countdown.  Ayer fue el primer lunes de Mayor, y eso solo puede significar una cosa...la gala del MET. También era festivo aquí, pero no es algo tan importante.
