Put on a Chic face

I'm not really into these holidays but I know the majority of people are.  That's why I want to show something that can be seen as part of a gift guide, without doing a gift guide. I want to give you a general idea and you can work with it as you please. And that idea is jewelry. I know, so very original ;) But it really makes a great gift. Not for me, because I only wear one piece of jewelry, but for most people. Out of all the brands that have created a more festive collection for this time of the year, I'll recommend you to take a look at Swarovski's. Taylor Hill for VS I don't know about you, but I have my personal countdown to Christmas. It's on 12 days to go right now, since that's when my "holidays" begin. And I want to write most of the posts that I will publish during the month so my holidays are actually holidays. Ph: Steven Meisel So, the holidays are around the corner and that means we are going to be doing lots of shopping. I only need to buy two more tiny details and it'll all be over for me. I know, it's not even December but this is me and my obsession with being organized. I hate shopping during December, so I'm glad I won't have to do that. I'll be going home to Spain during the holidays and I want to have some posts ready for those days, so I don't have to do much during my free time. If you have any ideas, let me know. It doesn't really have to be fashion related, since it's the time of the year when we kind of chill a little bit and try not to thing about work. So other suggestions are welcome as well. A couple of years ago I did a really cute post talking about dresses you could wear on New Year's Eve. And I think I should do the same again. I don't particularly like to go out during New Year's Eve, but I think this is the day to have fun choosing your outfit. If you can't wear sequins and sparkly clothes on New Year's Eve, when can you??? Go crazy, have fun, and wear that outfit you won't wear any other day because you're too shy. Really, you won't regret it. You can experiment with your hair and make-up too. Why not?  Today I wanted to show you a couple of options. I'm choosing outfits you can buy at Zara, Mango, H&M,...because those stores are everywhere. Also, they're on the affordable side.
