Bottega Veneta Resort 2017

Imagen
BTS pic from Bottega's IG If you've been reading my blog for a while, you'll know I rarely talk about Resort/Pre-fall collections. I only do it when I see something that's really special. And, believe me, everything about this Bottega Veneta lookbook is special. I adore Tomas Meier's work for Bottega Veneta, but the last couple of RTW collections have disappointed me slightly. However, this Resort one is everything. The clothes are beautiful. I'm obsessed with the blue dress Maartje is wearing. But I also love the hair and make-up and the filters used for the photos. All the models look stunning. Great job!! Designer: Tomas Maier Models: Hedvig Palm, Willow Hand, Maartje Verhoef, Ondria Hardin, Dylan Xue, Li Xiao Xing & Isabella Emmack Whole collection:  http://www.vogue.com/fashion-shows/resort-2017/bottega-veneta/slideshow/collection#1 Si léeis mi blog a menudo, puede que sepáis que es raro que yo hable...

Resort / Cruise campaigns 2014: Gucci accessories & Gucci Cruise

Imagen
Gucci Accessories: Nadja Bender by Solve Sundsbo When these pictures came out, I thought they were part of the cruise campaign, but they're not. This is an accessories campaign, which features the new Bamboo bag. I pretty much love everything about this. Nadja looks amazing, her outfit is nice, and so are the bags. She looks sexy and elegant, the perfect Gucci girl. Gucci Cruise 2014: Andreea Diaconu & Adrien Sahores by Mert & Marcus Andreea fits Gucci, but this ad isn't good. The more minimalistic, the better. This is too photoshoped, and she looks very artificial. Considero que Andreea es perfecta para Gucci, pero...

Resort / Cruise campaigns 2014: Miu Miu & Prada

Miu Miu Resort 2014: Léa Seydoux & Adèle Exarchopoulos by Inez & Vinoodh I always say I prefer models doing campaigns and getting covers but, there are exceptions. Miu Miu has to be the only brand that really knows how to use celebs on their campaigns. And Léa is an actress, I know, but she performs brilliantly when she models. Her Prada campaigns are great, and this Miu Miu one is amazing too. You may not know it, but these two actresses are quite popular right now because they made a movie that has been controversial. And they're everywhere at the moment. Some magazines hired them as well, but they wanted them to play the lesbian role they play on the film. Some eds are nice but that's not very original. Their poses here have nothing to do with the film, and that's nice. I mean, I want to watch their film this week and I have no problems with that kind of eds, but people may get tired of them doing the same exact thing all the time. Siempre digo ...

Resort / Cruise campaigns 2014: Chanel & DKNY

I don't usually pay too much attention to Resort/Cruise or Pre-fall campaigns but, there isn't much to talk about right now, so I thought I could show you some of this kind of campaigns. Most of them aren't my cup of tea, but there are a couple of them that are worth mentioning. Chanel Cruise 2014: Nadja Bender, Ashleigh Good & Dalianah Arekion by Karl Lagerfeld Gotta be proud of Dalianah. As I said before, we're from the same region and her success makes me happy. I also love Nadja, so it's great for me to see her scoring a Chanel campaign. But, I can't tell the campaign is good just because they are part of it. It could be way better, and that's disappointing.  The collection wasn't g...
