Adela Stenberg for Porter Magazine Winter '17 #blogmasday19

Imagen
It isn't hard to see that I love natural beauty over more overdone beauties. But don't get me wrong, I LOVE artistic make-ups, but my personal preference is natural and it shows. Because of that, these photos caught my eye immediately. I was checking the IMG website and when I saw them, I had to click on that article to see more. I'm not familiar with Adela's work, but if she normally delivers like she did in this ed, I'm a fan.

Porter Magazine Summer '16: Jessica Chastain by Ryan McGinley

When I moved to London, I wasn't aware that Porter Magazine was a British magazine. It was a very pleasant surprise.  They only produce 4 issues every year (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter), but each of them is incredible. Quality over quantity.  This summer issue proves my point. The cover and the cover story are stunning! (I love Jessica). And the rest of the editorials (I'll show you my two favourites) are high quality as well. Also, what I like the most is their articles. Those are always very interesting. In this issue there's an article about social media and the way it's affecting our lives. The title is "Are we dangerously in love with ourselves?", and it was written by Vassi Chamberlein. Very interesting read. You pay 5 pounds for each issue = 20 pounds/year. It may look like a lot of money for just 4 magazines, but I even found it cheap. Amazing magazine! "Girl on fire", Jessica Chastain by Ryan McGinley ...

Romee Strijd for Porter Magazine #11

Imagen
Ph: Chris Colls Several months ago, I was told Romee was going to do a shoot for Porter. That made me happy, since I usually like their eds. However, I've only ever bought it once, and it wasn't for me. But this issue is a must. The cover, with Marion Cotillard, is stunning and so is the whole issue. I also really like their articles. But the main reason why I love this issue, and the reason of this post, is Romee's editorial. It belongs to the beauty section for a reason. Pretty obvious reason, actually. And it has to be my favourite ed out of all the eds she's ever done. I just love how naturally pretty she looks. The mood of the ed is so laid back, but with a bit of sexy. You know, she's an angel, so she can't help it ;) How do you like this ed? Let me know. Hace varios meses me contaron que Romee iba a hacer una sesión de fotos para Porter. Eso me alegró mucho porque me suelen gustar sus editoriales. Sin embarg...

Porter #8 Summer 2015: Karlie Kloss by Bruce Weber

Today is going to be a special blog day, since tomorrow my friend Verónica is going to celebrate her birthday. That's why I wanted to write a post about her favourite model, Karlie Kloss. I said in the past that she has a tumblr dedicated to Karlie. You should check it out if you haven't already:  http://justkarliekloss.tumblr.com/ When I moved to London, I expected to see several places to buy fashion magazines. During my first day, I went to Selfridges and discovered where they have all the magazines. And I discovered Porter Magazine is a british magazine, so I bought it. However, I didn't bought it for me, but for Verónica. I'm glad she liked that little surprise =) Now I wanted to share this cover and ed with you. I love Bruce's work. ¡Felicidades, Vero! Hoy es un día de blog especial, ya que mañana es el cumpleaños de mi amiga Verónica. Por eso quería escribir una entrada sobre su modelo f...
