Louis Vuitton "Spirit of Travel": Léa Seydoux by Patrick Demarchelier

Fashion is all about the gangs these days: Wang's gang, Tisci's gang, Balmain's army, ...and Nicholas and his Vuitton girls. These gangs are mostly formed by models, but in this case I'll show you how celebrities can be part of them too. One of the best things about Nicholas is how loyal he is. When he has a muse, that model/celeb remains his muse for a long time (or forever). He's obsessed with some models, like Rianne von Rompaey or Jean Campbell. But he's also obsessed with some celebs (mainly actresses), who have become spokespersons for the brand because of him. My favourite being Alicia Vikander (I was part of the #teamVikander before the Oscars). However, her campaigns for the brand aren't the best. I honestly don't think she fits this brand 100%. But I don't dislike her ads either. Back in January, it was announced that Léa was LV's newest spokesperson. It left me speechless, since she has been a Prada girl since...well, befor...

UK Vogue November 2015: Léa Seydoux by Craig McDean When I saw this cover I few months ago, I stared at the picture like a crazy person. I LOVE Léa. She's totally my woman crush, and she looks flawless on this cover. I don't usually like celebs on covers, but this is my exception. Cuando vi esta portada hace unos meses, me quedé mirando la foto con cara de loca. ADORO a Léa. Es mi crush femenino total, y en esta portada está divina. No me suele gustar ver a famosas en portadas, pero esta es mi excepción. Vogue Germany November 2015: Victoria Beckham by Boo George Umm...what is this? I guess I'm back to not liking celebs on covers. But honestly, she looks really bad in this pictures. I saw it in person and it just looks bad.  Ehh...¿qué es esto? Supongo que vuelvo a no querer ver a famosas en portadas. Pero en serio, es una foto terrible. La vi en persona y no mejora nada. Vogue Spain November 2015: Catherine McNeil by Ezra Petron...

Miu Miu Resort 2014: Léa Seydoux & Adèle Exarchopoulos by Inez & Vinoodh I always say I prefer models doing campaigns and getting covers but, there are exceptions. Miu Miu has to be the only brand that really knows how to use celebs on their campaigns. And Léa is an actress, I know, but she performs brilliantly when she models. Her Prada campaigns are great, and this Miu Miu one is amazing too. You may not know it, but these two actresses are quite popular right now because they made a movie that has been controversial. And they're everywhere at the moment. Some magazines hired them as well, but they wanted them to play the lesbian role they play on the film. Some eds are nice but that's not very original. Their poses here have nothing to do with the film, and that's nice. I mean, I want to watch their film this week and I have no problems with that kind of eds, but people may get tired of them doing the same exact thing all the time. Siempre digo ...
