Put on a Chic face

Vogue covers, always something worth a post. However, this month I'm changing things up a little bit. Instead of talking about all the covers I usually talk about (most are quite average, really), I'll just talk about my two favourites.  Vogue Russia is on a roll. Last month's cover with Grace Hartzel was also stunning. I've never enjoyed their content so much. And it looks like Karlie will cover next month's issue.  You know I adore Maartje, and I'm glad to see her getting another Vogue cover. Also, her and Txema are a dream team.  And I'm not going to talk about US Vogue's cover with Rihanna, but about this supplement's cover with Kendall. It's really fresh and super nice. When I talked about the February covers, I raved about Blanca's cover and told you I'd talk about it this month. Well, here I am doing what I promised. As you can see, there are 2 covers. One is for México and the other one for Latin America. The LA one is ok, but it's nothing new. The Mexican one, however...STUNNING!! Blanca is a very sexy woman, who is often styled as a meditarrean beauty. That's why I like the other cover, and the cover story, because it proves she can be versatile. She fits the more minimalistic look perfectly. Hopefully, this editorial will show designers how she can fit in their shows with no problem. Awesome job! February is the calm before the storm. Lots of magazines just want to create an ok issue while they wait to release the first big issue of the year. However, this month has been quite good magazine wise. Let's talk about it: Febrero es la calma antes de la tormenta. Nadja is one of my favourite models, and that makes me slightly biased. But this ed is truly amazing.  She is usually hired for sexy editorials, since she has a great body and seems to be really comfortable posing nude. However, even if I enjoy these eds, I love it when she gets to do something different. I already talked about this issue's cover, but I have to add that Nadja should have been on the cover. The close-ups would have made a beautiful cover. I'm sure. I love it when she works with Hasse. Dream team!
