Put on a Chic face

Festive covers everywhere!! Do we like them? Well, I feel like they're better than last year, which is good. But I find this month quite boring cover wise. I quite like Vogue Spain's and Vogue México's covers. And Vogue Uk isn't bad either, but I like the mood of the editorial better. I dislike Vogue Paris and Vogue Brazil, and I don't really care much about the rest. I'll let you see them so you can tell me which one is your fave. ¡¡Portadas festivas por todas partes!! ¿Nos gustan? Bueno, en cierto modo si porque me resultan mejores que las del año pasado. Pero este mes me aburre un poco. Me gustan bastante las portadas de Vogue España, Vogue México y Vogue UK, aunque en esta última tengo que decir que el estilo del editorial me gusta más. Vogue UK June 2015: Anna Ewers by Patrick Demarchelier When I moved to the UK, I wasn't too sure about how I was going to like British Vogue. Last month I told you how much I liked the issue with the GoT's girl on the cover. But I didn't know back then that the best thing was going to happen this month. When I saw June's cover with Anna, I couldn't believe it how lucky I was. I would have been happy for her even if I couldn't get my hands on the issue, though. She hasn't been modeling for a long time, but she's managed to be on 3 out of the 4 big Vogue covers (Paris x2, Italia x2 & UK). She's unstoppable, and I love it. It's hard to imagine her getting the cover of US Vogue anytime soon (it's too bad she wasn't on the model issue from last September), but with a career like hers, I can see her getting that cover and many more. Vogue Australia July 2014: Miranda Kerr by Nicole Bentley I don't really know how I feel about this cover. I like the pose, the styling,...but they made Miranda look really old. There's something wrong with the make-up and hair. No se muy bien cual es mi opinión respecto a esta portada. Me gusta la pose, el estilismo,...pero han hecho que Miranda parezca bastante más vieja de lo que es. Es cosa del maquillaje y el color del pelo. Vogue Netherlands July/August 2014: Malgosia Bela by Annemarieke van Drimmelen What a beautiful cover! I love everything about it. The styling is perfect for summer. Her pose is simple but nice. UK Vogue June 2014 : Kate Upton by Mario Testino Summery cover. But what I don't like is that it's too similar to her Us Vogue cover. Portada veraniega. Pero no me gusta que es muy similar a su portada de Us Vogue. Vogue Portugal June 2014 : Nikola Trefilova by Rui Aguiar Quite scary! I know orange is a trend, but that eyeshadow looks horrible. ¡Qué miedito! Se que el naranja es una tendencia, pero esa sombra de ojos es horrible. Vogue Japan April 2014 : Edie Campbell by Patrick Demarchelier The only reason why I don't dislike this, it is because they tried to make her look like the Edie she used to be. She's not trying to be grunge Edie, and I like that. La única razón por la que no me desagrada es porque han intentado que se parezca a la Edie de antes.
