Versace S/S 2018 campaign, by Steven Meisel

After the huge production for the Spring/Summer show that Versace did, everyone expected a huge campaign. Some people wanted a campaign with the supermodels from the 90's and other wanted a mix of models from different decades. The team went for the latter, and I'm happy about it. Cast-wise we've got the iconic supermodels (Naomi and Christy), the iconic supers from the 00's (Gisele, Natalia, Raquel), some models who have stablished themselves as future icons recently (Irina, Vittoria, Gigi) and some newer models (Birgit, Cara, Grace and Kaia). As always, some people wanted this model in the campaign and that model far away from it...but pleasing everyone is an impossibility. I'm personally happy with the casting, and waiting to see more pictures. The absolute highlight, in my opinion, is Naomi. Sometimes I feel like she doesn't really try because she's Naomi and doesn't have to anymore. But these pictures of her look like they belong to...

Spring/Summer 2017 campaigns: Prada, Miu Miu & Valentino

So many campaigns, so little time to talk about all of them. That's why I've decided to do two posts about them (for now), and to just talk about my 6 favourite campaigns of the season.
