Sometimes, I get nostalgic. I look at my old magazines (from 2007/2008) to see the campaigns and editorials released during those seasons. Everytime I do that, I discover something new. It's fascinating. When I discover a new model, I like to check everything that model did before I noticed her. This editorial came up many times during those "research moments". It features 38 models so...it's easy to see why. Anyway, this was Karlie's second cover for Vogue Italia. If I remember correctly, she's been on their cover 5 times. All of them shot by Meisel. And this one is probably my favourite. It didn't impress me when it came out, but I wasn't into Karlie's career back then. However, I love it now. The editorial is called "Runway", and it's full of pictures of fake runway shows and backstage shots. It's great, really. And the cover is hilarious! I mean, make-up, pretty, ...what's not to like? Today I'll show you 4 beauty campaigns. In the first one you'll see that Chanel finally upgraded Sigrid to star of the campaign. However, I don't really like the ad. She's too pretty to be retouched like that. But the video where Jac shows how to apply the products from this new collection is beautiful. I have that mascara and it's incredible. Try it out. The second campaign is from Calvin Klein's beauty line. I like the quality of the products, and how diverse their cast is. They always do the same, and that's great. We get to see how different colours look on different skin tones, and that's basic because women from all races love make-up. Chanel has a new perfume, which is part of their popular "Chance" collection. This line had 3 perfumes, and I love all of them. The new one is as good as the others. However, there are many perfumes that smell really well, and I don't talk about all of them, do I? The thing is that this one also has a cute campaign that I really want to show you. To be honest, their ads have always been amazing. These perfumes are fresher and younger than your average Chanel perfume (Nº5, Nº19, etc...). That's why the campaigns are always quirky and fun, to catch a younger audience's attention.  We have 4 models representing the 4 perfumes. Sigrid is the only one who already was a part of the Chance family. She used to represent the Chanel "Eau Tendre" perfume, and you should check her previous tv ad, because it was gorgeous. Last week I talked about the first bunch of confirmed models for the VSFS 2014 (  http://putonachicface.blogspot.com.es/2014/11/who-is-walking-2014-victorias-secret.html ). Today I'll talk about the models that have been confirmed since I did my post. This should be the final list plus one more model. That model could be Erin Heatherton, but it isn't confirmed 100%, so it could be someone else. A friend of mine told me that it would be cool to write my opinion about the angels and the contracted models. I won't do that today, since I want you to know the not so popular models first.
