Paris Fashion Week S/S 2018: Loewe campaign, with Vittoria Ceretti

Imagen
Ever since J.W. Anderson started to work for Loewe, their campaign has been released a couple of days before the show. And this year, they have released something a bit different and special. They also have a campaign where you can actually see the clothes, but what I want to show you is this "Fruits" ad with Vittoria Ceretti. The incredible make-up is courtesy of the queen Pat McGrath, who else? And it is the make up and Vittoria's eyes that are the key of this campaign. Obviously, she's quite restricted because of those (sometimes huge) pieces of fruit in her mouth, yet she manages to express different emotions with her eyes. Basically what a real good model should be able to do. Original and well executed.

Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 16.17: Review #3

Surprise! I haven't had much time to check the shows today. What's new? I'm going to give you an explanation for all of this once the shows are over. But believe me, it annoys me more than it can annoy you. To sum it up, I'll tell you that I liked Loewe. Probably Jonathan's best collection since he started to work for the brand. The cat theme was quite funny too. Dior was cool too. Not every piece has convinced me, but the accessories are to die for. And Isabel Marant was more of the same, but I quite liked that rock and roll theme. Good day in Paris! ¡Sorpresa!

London Fashion Week Fall/Winter 16.17: Recap

Hello!!! Did you miss me? ;) The last couple of days have been insane. My whole body is in pain and I desperately need to catch up on sleep. But I'm a very happy person right now. If you've ever experienced fashion week, you'll know how crazy it gets. In such a big city, like London, it's even crazier. I'm kind of jelaous of Barcelona or Madrid, where every single show is done on the same place xD As a mega fangirl, getting to see some of my favourite models in person was just...unbelievable. They're all so tall, and pretty and nice. It's fascinating. Funnily enough, I have more self esteem right now than I did on Thursday. When a topmodel and megababe tells you how pretty she thinks you are...you don't tell her she's wrong, you just keep the compliment with you forever!! It was also great to see some people I haven't seen in months and catch up with them. The problem is that I didn't have much time to check all the collections...

Spring/Summer 2016 campaigns: Loewe & Isabel Marant

On my last post, I talked about a "not comeback". Well, I guess it's time to talk about a real comeback: Raquel's. I already talked about her Versace campaign, and now it's time to talk about the other two major campaigns she scored. Isabel Marant Spring/Summer 2016: Raquel Zimmermann by Inez&Vinoodh Well, you know I'm not Marant's fan. I kind of liked the S/S 15 ad with Natasha, but I feel like the next two have been too similar to that one. You can change the model, but that's not enough. The last three campaigns look more like Vogue Paris' editorials.  And that's what I don't like about this brand. They always go for the safest option. They never take risks, and...

London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2016: Review

Yes, I'm still here. But this weekend has been CRAZY. I've been going from one place to another, and I'm so tired...insane. But I really enjoyed LFW, which is great. I wish I could tell you I paid attention to all the collections, but I didn't. However, I'll show you the videos of the most important shows, so you can watch them and tell me your favourite. Enjoy! ¡Disfrutadlo!   - Topshop:   -Daks:   -Julien MacDonald:   -Versus:  -J.W. London Fashion Week Fall/Winter 15.16: Review #1

Last season, I focused more on LFW. But this fashion month has been a fail, so far. I wish I could have been able to talk more about every show, but several things happened. Now, I'm going to write a review about the first 3 days of LFW. Tomorrow, I'll write another one talking about the rest of the shows. Then, we'll start talking about Milan. PD: Esta entrada incluye livestreams para mañana ;)   -Daks: If I'm honest, I hate saying something is "British" or "French", because I don't really see how that can describe a collection. B...
