Put on a Chic face

My gif (Video source: Jimmy Choo) Before this season began, I told you which models I wanted to see everywhere. On that post, I didn't mention Kiki because I knew she'd be everywhere. She has becomed the best/most booked model of the past 2 years and her CV speaks for itself. Even though she walks less shows nowadays, since she's a more established model, she still walked for 37 designers. That doesn't make it the top walker, since Charlee Fraser walked 50 shows. But Kiki comes number 1 on the Top Shows walked list (tied with He Cong and Léa Julian). Out of those 31 top shows (only 6 from her list are considered as "not top", but we could argue about that), she opened Missoni and DVF and closed Christopher Kane.  What makes her special is the fact that she has being booking those shows for a while now, and casting directors don't get bored of her. Second post about Cannes. And let me tell you one thing...I'm struggling. I don't seem to like anything celebs wear, so I don't really know who I should write about. Dramatic! Thankfully, I saw this look before going to bed last night and I knew I was going to feature it on this Cannes series.   -Chloé: I still don't get used to seeing a Chloé show during the week and in the morning. It doesn't feel right. The collection was more than right, though. It may look like more of the same, because it kind of is. But I love it. I know many people dislike this brand right now because it's too boho and, well, repetitive. But I kind of like that about the brand. If you look at it as a whole, you may not like it. Big fan of this collection for many reasons. The main one is that I love the models used for the lookbook. Both Adrienne and Julie are part of my group of favourites. And Julie has been killing it during the pre-fall season. Pre-fall queen. I also like the collection because it's quite different from what they've been doing lately, which I welcome. And, what I like the most is that they've created a pre-fall collection that looks appropiate for pre-fall. And we all know that doesn't happen often. All in all, lovely collection and lookbook.
