Spring/Summer 2016 campaigns: Michael Kors & MICHAEL Michael Kors

Imagen
My gif (Video sourse: Michael Kors' yt channel) The unexpected happened...Michael Kors used new models for his campaigns!! I know, I know. Groundbreaking!! It's strange not to see Karmen there, though. Algo inesperado ha ocurrido...¡¡Michael Kors ha usado modelos nuevas en sus campañas!!Lo se, lo se. Yo también sigo sin creerlo. Se me hará raro no ver a Karmen en las fotos. Michael Kors Spring/Summer 2016: Vanessa Moody by Mario Testino Well, you know I don't like Vanessa but, to be honest, it's not her fault this time. Michael Kors' ads are always the same, and changing the model isn't enough. Changing the photographer, however...the answer might be there. So yeah, not a good campaign.

Topshop "The new supers": + gift ideas

Imagen
A couple of weeks ago, I got a newsletter from Topshop telling me that they were going to have a new magazine and that I could get it sent to my house. It was free, so I said yes. And now I have it in my hands.  But actually, you can get this magazine for free at the store. That's why I have two now. And I think it's worth going to a store to get one, because it has a lot of information about their products. Also, it has an interview with all the models from this new campaign called "The new supers". All these models are quite new (some have been modeling for a while, though), but it seems like they could end up being very successful. However, the main reason why I wanted to talk about this is to inform you about their great gifts for the holidays. If you're on a budget, it's a great place to go. There are make-up products (I love Topshop's make-up, by the way), accessories and even toys that you can get. Really, check it out. ...

Fall/Winter 15.16 campaigns: Chanel beauty, CK One Color, Givenchy beauty & Dior beauty

My gif (Video source: Dior's youtube channel) Today is the day...we're talking about beauty campaigns. Last season's post about this got lots of views and I can see why. I mean, make-up, pretty, ...what's not to like? Today I'll show you 4 beauty campaigns. In the first one you'll see that Chanel finally upgraded Sigrid to star of the campaign. However, I don't really like the ad. She's too pretty to be retouched like that. But the video where Jac shows how to apply the products from this new collection is beautiful. I have that mascara and it's incredible. Try it out. The second campaign is from Calvin Klein's beauty line. I like the quality of the products, and how diverse their cast is. They always do the same, and that's great. We get to see how different colours look on different skin tones, and that's basic because women from all races love make-up. The last two campaigns have the same model on them. Maartje V...

Stellasport: Stella McCartney for Adidas

Imagen
I've talked in the past about my love for sports in general, and sports clothing in particular. And you may also know how much I love tennis. Well, let's talk about all those things today. As a tennis and fashion fan, I'm aware of Stella McCartney's collaboration with Adidas. Several tennis players wear her designs on court. However, none of those players are in my group of favourites. When it comes to tennis, I'm a Nike girl. But I have to say some designs are really good, and they look really nice on court. Stella's off court designs are usually better, though. I've been tempted to purchase several t-shirts and leggins, because they were really cute. It's true that they're expensive, but Adidas makes quality products and you have to pay for that quality. Both brands have created a new line called Stellasport, which is supposed to be for a younger target. It's already available, so you can check it out and see if you want to buy somethin...

Glamour France November 2014: Aneta Pajak by Quentin de Briey

I've never been a new faces fan. I used to need a couple of seasons to recognize a model and to become a fan. Now it's easier for me to recognize new faces, and there are I few ones I like. But something different happened with Aneta. I knew who she was before she made her debut on the runway, and that's weird. I don't even remember how, but I saw her polaroids a couple of months ago. I thought she was really pretty, so I checked her portofolio. And then I kind of forgot about her. There was no new work for her (that I was aware of), until the big moment. She walked for Gucci as an exclusive in Milan. Once the shows were over, we also found out she's on the Gucci Cruise campaign. After walking for Gucci, she did a couple of shows in Paris. And it was then when I realised why I liked her so much....she's Edita's little sister! =O Kidding, but they really look like sisters. Edita is gorgeous, and so is Aneta. I can't wait to see how her career co...
