UK Vogue May 2016: Kate Moss by Craig McDean Kate for UK Vogue...unexpected!! (Sarcasm alert). Next month's issue is their 100th anniversary issue, and they managed to get the Duchess on the cover. Not bad. Kate para UK Vogue...¡¡inesperado!! (Nótese el sarcasmo). El número del año que viene conmemora su 100º aniversario, y consiguieron convencer a la duquesa (Kate Middleton) para que esté en su portada. Casi nada. Vogue Germany May 2016: Gigi Hadid by Camilla Akrans When I read the words "Gigi by Camilla", I expected something very different. This definetely isn't Gigi's best cover. And the editorial isn't very special either. Cuando leí las palabras "Gigi por Camilla", esperaba algo muy diferente. Esta no es la mejor portada que ha hecho. Y el editorial tampoco es nada especial. Vogue Russia May 2016: Karlie Kloss by Mariano Vivanco As I told you last month, Karlie is on the cover. The preview ...

Dior Magazine #13: Sofia Mechetner by Camilla Akrans

Hi, Cinderella! That was Sofia's nickname when she opened the Dior Couture show less than a year ago. After that, she became popular because of her "scouting" story and because of her age. How young is too young? She also opened the Dior SS 16 show and it's one of the stars of the campaign. I didn't really pay attention to her at first, but her Dior campaign showed me what I big mistake I was doing by "ignoring" her. Isn't she a stunner? And the camera surely loves her. She's like a (even) younger and softer version of Anna Ewers, but has a strong personality that makes her quite unique. I have a huge crush on this sweetheart! And when I saw this editorial, I knew I should make it official by sharing it with you. I'm not too keen on the retouching that has been done on these pictures. However, when I focus on her and forget about the rest...I only see her insane beauty.  What do you guys think of Sofia? =) Also, I rec...

This month I won't be talking about all the Vogue covers made for May. To be honest, most of them are quite bland, so you're not missing much. But I really wanted to talk about UK Vogue because I just moved to the UK and I bought this edition of Vogue for the first time ever. And I have to say that I liked it better than expected. The cover is not particularly striking, but I guess they didn't have to try much since they have a super star on it. I'm not a Game of Thrones fan, but I know a lot of people are. However, I really like the content. The editorials are quite nice. I really like Karen Elson's and Gigi Hadid's. The first one is very HF, while Gigi's is more modern and fresh. It's good to have both in the same issue. Also, the supplement is really nice. They did it in association with Next Agency, and it has Grace Hartzel on the cover. There's also a really nice beach shoot with Aline Webber, photographed by Gilles Bensimon. Really n...
