Put on a Chic face

If you have been following my blog for a long time, you will have noticed there is something "missing". And that is skincare. I have mentioned campaigns about skincare products in the past, but I have never talked about skincare myself, because I am far from being an expert. A couple of weeks ago, a member of the website "Reviews.com" team asked me if I wanted to talk about their research about eye-cream and it honestly felt like the perfect topic to add to my blog. Because, again, I am no expert, but this study is incredibly detailed and there you will be able to find all the answers I can't give you. The biggest issue when talking about skincare is the fact that we all have different types of skin. I have dry and sensitive skin and the products that work for me won't work for someone with oily skin. Skincare is a tricky one, isn't? What works for me, won't work for you even if we have the same skin type. For someone, a 5$ moisturizer is fine, while others need to invest more because their skin needs a certain ingredient, for example. And then, we have premium/luxury skincare. Some of those products are absolutely life changing, but most of them, in my opinion, are pure hype. But what 99% of them have in common is that I never pay attention to them. So, the fact that this line caught my eye says a lot. The campaign, the packaging, the concept, ...it's all very appealing.
