Harper's Bazaar US November 2015: Ola Rudnicka by Norman Jean Roy

Imagen
It's been a while since the last time I showed you one of Ola's eds. I could post every single one she's done, but that'd be boring for you. I need to show you one from time to time, though. I can't help it. She's just too good when it comes to editorials.  This one for Harper's Bazaar is ridiculously beautiful. It obviously feels very wintery and even Christmasy. Ola's beauty is perfect for this theme. Her fair skin, the way fur looks on her, the contrast between the snow and her blue eyes, ...it just makes sense. It's like a grown up/high fashion version of Frozen. It desperates me how underrated Ola is. Her print work is just amazing.

Marloes Horst attends the Levi's Women's Denim Collection Launch

Imagen
When I show you a models' outfit, it's usually quite hard to recreate, since most of them wear designer clothes. This time, however, I'm going to show you an outfit that's fairly easy to copy. Marloes Horst, one of the most gorgeous girls I've ever seen, attends events often. She was invited to this Levi's event, because she's part of their new campaign. As most campaign girls, she wore an outfit that belongs to the brand she's representing. That's why it's so easy for you to "get the look".  Not only because Levi's is an affordable brand, but also because this is a denim look. I bet most of you already own some denim pieces similar to the ones Marloes was wearing, Am I right? ;) Let me know if you like it better when I show you outfits that you can easily recreate, or if you prefer to see fancy red carpet looks. Your feedback is really important. Levi's 700 Series collection Cuando os...

Vogue Australia July 2015: Hedvig Palm by Sebastian Kim

Imagen
Sometimes we see editorials or campaigns with models that don't fit the idea behind those eds or ads at all. And we wonder why they didn't hire someone who does. This time, Vogue Australia hired the right model for their editorial. The whole spread is very dreamy and romantic. Hedvig has that kind of ethereal beauty that makes her perfect for the job. Every picture is, well, dreamy. I can't really find another word to describe it. Really beautiful and kind of autumnal too (don't forget this is an Australian magazine, so it makes sense). Well done, Vogue Australia.

Inside Suki Waterhouse's wardobre, with UK Vogue

Imagen
Suki is a model, but also an actress and an it-girl. Most people know her because she's a celebritie, therefore her personal style is a big part of her persona. She's often part of this "Best dressed" lists, and there's a good reason why. She's got a great style. I usually enjoy her choice of outfits, specially on the red carpet. Do you like her style as well? Let me know ;) I definetely felt like I needed to share this video with you. Having access to someone's closet is amazing. It's like checking your friend's clothes, to see if there's something you can borrow. There are more videos with more it-girls on Vogue's channel, so check them out =) Suki es una modelo, pero también es actriz e it-girl. Mucha gente la conoce por su lado celebritie, por lo cual su estilo personal es una parte muy importante de su imagen pública. A menudo aparece en las listas de "Mejor vestida", y con razón. Tiene un gran estilo. ...

Vogue Paris June/July 2015: Ola, Lineisy, Rianne, Sophia, Adrienne, Frederikke and Alexandra Elizabeth by Paolo Roversi

You guys know I'm not Vogue Paris' biggest fan. However, this editorial is fantastic. It's called "Nouvelle Vague", which is a great title for it. I guess you all know why, but I'll explain it briefly, just in case. This term was used to talk about a new group of French cinema directors, back in the 50's. Their ideas where different to the ones seen before. In this ed we can see 7 new models, with different looks and lots of potential. As you can see, it makes sense. These models could change de fashion world like the french directors changed the cinema world. Why not? My favourite is Ola, as you may already know. But all of them look great. Lineisy is the newest one but, being a Prada exclusive proves she can be really big. The rest of the girls are very succesful too (or at least they've been succesful so far). Also, Roversi is a genius. Love his work!!! Nouvelle Vague Ola Rudnicka, Rianne van Rompaey, Alexandra Elizabe...

UK Vogue May 2015: Emilia Clarke by Paolo Roversi

This month I won't be talking about all the Vogue covers made for May. To be honest, most of them are quite bland, so you're not missing much. But I really wanted to talk about UK Vogue because I just moved to the UK and I bought this edition of Vogue for the first time ever. And I have to say that I liked it better than expected. The cover is not particularly striking, but I guess they didn't have to try much since they have a super star on it. I'm not a Game of Thrones fan, but I know a lot of people are. However, I really like the content. The editorials are quite nice. I really like Karen Elson's and Gigi Hadid's. The first one is very HF, while Gigi's is more modern and fresh. It's good to have both in the same issue. Also, the supplement is really nice. They did it in association with Next Agency, and it has Grace Hartzel on the cover. There's also a really nice beach shoot with Aline Webber, photographed by Gilles Bensimon. Really n...

Vogue Nederland May 2015: Ola Rudnicka by Jan Welters

Ola is one of my favourites. Her beauty is surreal, and she's a great model. I like her on the runway, but her print work definetely outshines her runway work. I already did a post with my favourite editorials with Ola, and now I have to add this one. A lot of people tell me that I only like blonde models, and that's not true. I mean, there are more blondes than brunettes in this industry, and I can't do anything about that.  Ola became popular when she dyed her hair. However, she's not an icy blonde anymore, which I'm happy about. She's one of those few girls that look great with this hair colour, but I like her natural honey blonde hair better. This is one of the last editorials where we'll see this hair.  The best thing about this editorial is Ola. The styling isn't great, the photoshop isn't great, the story isn't great, ...but she makes everything look perfect. You can't go wrong, if you hire Ola. "Second sk...
