Dior Spring / Summer 2013: Make-up by Pat McGrath
I said I was going to do a post with the hair and make-up trends from PFW but I honestly don't have time for that. And the trends we saw in Paris were similar to the ones we saw in NY and Milan, so you can read those posts if you want to.
Natural hair, natural make-up, some "crazier" lips (Rue du Mail, Dries Van Noten), some pop of color on the eyes (Chloé, JPG), wigs (JPG), etc... those were the trends.
So, what I wanted to do is a post showing you Dior's make-up. It was done by Pat McGrath, who is one of the best make-up artists in the world.
The whole look was quite natural to make the eyes shine, literally. No colour on the cheeks, nude lips, and beautiful eyes.
Each girl got a different eyeshadow colour on their eyes. Some eyeshadows were applied on the lid and the crease, some others were a bit winded up, ...and then we have the jewels!! They put some jewels on top of the eyeshadow. Again, using different colours, different shapes, etc...
This was Raf Simons's first rtw collection, and I will always remember it because of the beautiful clothes, and because of the magical make-up.

Dije que iba a hacer una entrada con las tendencias de belleza de la semana de la moda de París pero, siendo honesta, no tengo tiempo para ello. Y las tendencias que vimos son muy similares a las de NY y Milán, así que podéis leer esas entradas si queréis.
Pelo natural, maquillaje natural, algunos labios más "locos" (Rue du Mail, Dries Van Noten), algún toque de color en los ojos (Chloé, JPG), pelucas (JPG), etc...esas fueron las tendencias.
Así que, lo que quiero hacer es una entrada enseñando el maquillaje de Dior. Fue creado por Pat McGrath, quien es una de las mejores maquilladoras del mundo.
El look en general fue bastante natural para hacer que los ojos brillaran, literalmente. Sin aplicar color en las mejillas, labios nude, y preciosos ojos.
Cada chica tenía un color diferente como sombra de ojos. Algunas sombras fueron aplicadas en el párpado móvil y la cuenca del ojo, otras fueron aplicadas para levantar la mirada, ...y luego tenemos las joyas!! Pusieron joyas encima de las sombras. De nuevo, usando diferentes colores, diferentes formas, ...
Esta fue la primera colección de pap de Raf Simons, y siempre la recordaré gracias a la preciosa ropa y el maquillaje mágico.
