Vanity Fair Italia June: GOL!

Today starts the Football World Cup, and I wanted to show you this editorial from an Italian magazine.
We've seen many editorials trying to promote the World Cup, and most of them were horrible.
I love this one because it has no famous football players, it has models. It's quirky and cool. I love Kristina, since she's gorgeous. And her smile is the cutest.
Also, since this is an Italian magazine, they used Italian and Brazilian clothes (the World Cup takes place in Brazil). But, the socks Kristina is wearing are part of the German uniform, which is funny. I don't know if it's a mistake, but they have DFB (Deutscher Fußball-Bund) written on them. Maybe they did it on purpose, who knows?

Hoy empieza el Mundial de fútbol, y quería compartir con vosotros este editorial de una revista italiana.
Hemos visto muchos editos promocionando el Mundial, y la mayoría eran horribles.
Me encanta este porque no tiene futbolistas famosos, tiene modelos. Es divertido y chulo. Me encanta Kristina, porque es monísima. Y su sonrisa es una cucada.
Además, al ser una revista italiana han usado ropa italiana y brasileña (el Mundial es en Brasil). Pero los calcetines que lleva Kristina son parte del uniforme alemán, lo cual es gracioso. No se si es un error, pero en ellos se puede leer DFB (Deutscher Fußball-Bund). O igual lo hicieron a propósito. A saber.

I was 3 in 1992, and I couldn't care less about fashion.As a 90's kid, I know who all the supermodels are because I saw them on the tv very often. But then again, it wasn't until 2007 that I started to love fashion, so I don't really know much about fashion during the 90's. That makes me quite sad, since it was such a great moment fashion wise. However, it's hard to find scans or videos of that time. This editorial has been scanned by kelles , at TFS forum. A couple of weeks ago, I was watching tv and I found a fashion documentarie on Sky arts. The documentarie is called "In Vogue: the editor's eye". You can watch it on youtube (I'll link the video in this post) if you want to. I really recommend it because, even if it was filmed in 2012, it's something that you need to watch if you really like fashion. Lots of iconic pictures are shown in this documentarie. MET Gala 2018: Best dressed

Yesterday, it was the first Monday of May. And that can only mean one thing...the MET Gala. It was also a Bank Holiday here but it's not as important, for whatever reason.
