Cannes Festival 2016: Barbara Palvin & Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

People say pink and red don't go well together. Well, we're mixing those two colours today ;)

Barbara has been attending this festival for a while, since she's one of the main faces of L'oreal. And I always say she's never going to beat the look worn on her first appearance. However, this year's look gets 2nd place.

I feel like they always tend to make her wear black, to make her look thinner (I know, I'm rolling my eyes too). Therefore, I welcome this softer look. I'm in love with Lorenzo Serafini's work for Philosophy, and this dress is just another example. I also adore the hair and make-up. She looks gorgeous.

And what about Rosie? God, she's a total queen. She could make me want to wear the ugliest dress in the world, just because it'll look amazing on her. Red seems to be an unpopular colour when it comes to the red carpet, but she makes it work.

This Alexandre Vauthier is (like 99% of his designs) sexy but classy. With that kind of silhouette, wearing your hair up is the way to go, so they got that right too. And you won't see me complaining about a red lip ;)

La gente dice que rosa y rojo no van bien juntos. Bueno, pues hoy los vamos a mezclar ;)

Barbara lleva siendo invitada a este festival desde hace tiempo, porque es una de las modelos más importantes de L'oreal. Y siempre digo que nunca superará el look que llevó en su primera aparición. Sin embargo, he de decir que el look de este año sube directo al segundo puesto.

Siento que siempre tienden a vestirla de negro para que parezca más delgada (lo se, es ridículo). Así que me alegra verla con un look más suave. Adoro el trabajo de Lorenzo Serafini para Philosophy, y este vestido solo es un ejemplo más de porque lo amo. Y también me gusta mucho el peinado y el maquillaje que eligieron para ella. Está preciosa.

Y, ¿qué decir de Rosie? Dior, es una reina. Podría hacerme desear ponerme el vestido más horrible del mundo, solo porque en ella quedaría precioso. El rojo parece un color semi prohibido en la alfombra roja, pero ella hace que funcione.

Este vestido de Alexandre Vauthier es (al igual que el 99% de sus diseños) sexy pero con clase. Con este tipo de silueta lo mejor es recogerse el pelo, así que también acertaron con eso. Y no me veréis quejarme de que alguien lleve un pintalabios rojo ;)
