Raf Simons appointed as Calvin Klein's new chief creative officer

If you've been reading this blog for a while, you'll know how much I admire Raf as a designer. It made me incredibly sad to find out he was leaving Dior, and I've been waiting to see what was next for him ever since.
Now we know the rumours were true, and he'll be working for Calvin Klein. I find this to be a match made in heaven, and I can't wait to see the results. However, it seems like we'll have to wait for a while, since his first collections will debut in February, during the Fall 2017 season. I'm counting the days.

To celebrate, I wanted to share with you my favourite collection designed by Raf for Dior.


Si habéis estado leyendo mi blog durante los últimos años, sabréis lo mucho que admiro a Raf como diseñador. Me entristeció mucho ver que abandonaba Dior, y desde entonces estaba esperando a ver que nos deparaba su carrera.
Ahora sabemos que los rumores eran ciertos y que trabajará para Calvin Klein. Me resultan una pareja perfecta, y no puedo esperar a ver los resultados. Sin embargo, parece que nos toca esperar un poco, ya que sus primeras colecciones debutarán en febrero, durante la temporada de otoño 2017. Estoy contando los días. 

Para celebrar la noticia, quiero compartir con vosotros mi colección favorita de todas las que Raf diseñó para Dior.

I was 3 in 1992, and I couldn't care less about fashion.As a 90's kid, I know who all the supermodels are because I saw them on the tv very often. But then again, it wasn't until 2007 that I started to love fashion, so I don't really know much about fashion during the 90's. That makes me quite sad, since it was such a great moment fashion wise. I really recommend it because, even if it was filmed in 2012, it's something that you need to watch if you really like fashion. Lots of iconic pictures are shown in this documentarie. MET Gala 2018: Best dressed

Yesterday, it was the first Monday of May. And that can only mean one thing...the MET Gala. It was also a Bank Holiday here but it's not as important, for whatever reason. And I thought I could tell you about my favourite outfits for the night, and while I was looking at the looks, I thought I would do a little countdown.  Ayer fue el primer lunes de Mayor, y eso solo puede significar una cosa...la gala del MET.
