The fashion industry is so bizarre that it is the only one where being too good can be bad. And in this case I mean being too pretty. Many of you may think that in the fashion world there isn't such a thing as "too pretty", because models should have the kind of beauty we don't see often. But the problem comes when designers just ask for blank canvases they can work with, not too pretty girls whose beauty will take all the attention. They want us focusing on the clothes.  When I mention this, most people say: "But, what about the instamodels?" As I mentioned a couple of posts ago, this blog got many views in the last couple of weeks. It happened overnight, and it made my month. It's been a really stressful month for me, and seeing you guys appreciate what I do here made me really happy. And what do you do when someone makes you happy? Well, you give something in return. And I thought that meant it was time for a giveaway. Don't you agree? ;) For all of you English speakers, this video has the answers to all of your questions. But I'll write it down just in case.  There'll be two winners. One will be selected between the comments on this blog post and another one will come from the comments on the video. You also need to suscribe to my youtube channels in order to enter that specific giveaway. Both winners will get 5 things that I show on these pictures and on the video. If you want to have 2 entries instead of one, you can comment both here and on the video. And you can comment as many times as yo...

I was 3 in 1992, and I couldn't care less about fashion. As a 90's kid, I know who all the supermodels are because I saw them on the tv very often. But then again, it wasn't until 2007 that I started to love fashion, so I don't really know much about fashion during the 90's. That makes me quite sad, since it was such a great moment fashion wise. However, it's hard to find scans or videos of that time. This editorial has been scanned by kelles , at TFS forum. A couple of weeks ago, I was watching tv and I found a fashion documentarie on Sky arts. The documentarie is called "In Vogue: the editor's eye". You can watch it on youtube (I'll link the video in this post) if you want to. I really recommend it because, even if it was filmed in 2012, it's something that you need to watch if you really like fashion. Lots of iconic pictures are shown in this documentarie. That's how I discovered this editorial, shot by Steven Meisel. Meisel...
