Spring / Summer 2013 campaigns: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chloé & Blumarine.
I'm talking about 4 campaigns today, and I love 2 of them, I like another one and I don't get the 4th.

Voy a hablar de 4 campañas hoy, y adoro 2, me gusta otra y no pillo la cuarta.
No está mal ;)
But, that's the problem. It doesn't even like like a campaign. And I think it's to obvious and easy to play with geometric forms. A bit amateur and too predictable.
And how many girls are featured in this campaign? I'm not even sure I credited them all.
Cuando salió esta campaña la gente pensó que habían usado fotos del desfile. Pero evidentemente sería estúpido contratar a Meisel para algo como eso.
Pero, el problema es ese. No parece una campaña. Y es demasiado obvio y fácil jugar con formas geométricas. Es algo amateur y muy predecible.
Y, ¿cuántas chicas salen en la campaña? No estoy segura de haberlas nombrado a todas.

I said before that I love the way this collection looks on pictures. It's been used in several covers and lots of editorial and it always look really well. And their own campaign is not exception.
I didn't expect Gucci to do such a good campaign after the last few years where their campaigns looked all the same. But this...this is perfection.
It's so minimalistic, classy, and flattering.
Both Karmen and Anja look beyond beautiful. And, except for the "zoolander" shot, so does Clement.
Everything works...the colours, the poses, the lighting.
I can't stop looking at those images. It's been the surprise of the season. And what a good surprise.

Lo he dicho antes. Me encanta como luce esta campaña en fotos. La han usado en varias portadas y en muchos editoriales y siempre sale bien. Y su propia campaña no fue una excepción.
No esperaba que Gucci nos diera una campaña tan buena después de los últimos años, donde las campañas eran siempre iguales. Pero esta es...esta es perfecta.
Tan minimalistica, con clase, y favorecedora.
Tanto Karmen como Anja salen preciosas. Y, excepto por la foto "zoolander", también Clement sale genial.
Todo funciona....los colores, las poses, las luces.
No puedo dejar de mirar las fotos. Ha sido la sorpresa de la temporada. Y que gran sorpresa.

I like that Caroline and Nadja are part of the campaign, since I think the fit the Chloé aesthetic really well.
Just nice.
A la gente no parece gustarle esta campaña, pero a mí si.
No es perfecta y Chloé las ha tenido mejores, pero es bastante bonita.
Y me gusta que Caroline y Nadja sean parte de ella, porque creo que pegan mucho con la estética de Chloé.

After all those tacky, extremely photoshoped and tacky again campaigns, this is just perfect.
I don't know how, but they make the clothes look good and, believe me, they didn't look good on the runway.
Such an unexpected surprise. It's like they realized how bad they were doing it, and they stopped and started again.
This campaign remind us to the one Natasha Poly did, I think for SS 08, but I'm not completely sure.

Es preciosa.
Después de todas las vulgares, extremadamente retocadas y vulgares de nuevo campañas, esta es perfecta.
No se como, pero hacen que la ropa luzca bien, y creedme, no lucía bien en la pasarela.
Es una sorpresa tan inesperada. Es como si hubiera notado lo mal que lo estaban haciendo, y hayan parado y vuelto a empezar.
Esta campaña nos recuerda a la que hizo Natasha Poly, creo para PV 08, pero no estoy completamente segura.
Increíble campaña, con una preciosa Anna.

Louis Vuitton SS 13 Athena Wilson, Nastya Kusakina, Janice Alida, Magdalena Jaesk, Ruby Jean Wilson, Tian Yiby, Ji Hye, Bria Condon park, Ajak Deng, Nykhor Paul Steven Meisel.
When this first came out a lot of people thought they used photos from the show. But obviously it would be silly hiring Meisel for something like that.
